Event Bartending

Cocktails crafted.
Conversations remembered.

A well-run bar does more than serve drinks. It gives guests somewhere to gather, a reason to move through the room, and someone looking after them from the first pour to the last.

Somewhere between the first drink and the second, the room finds its own rhythm.

The Craft

Long before the first guest arrives, the bar is already being worked. Experienced bartenders set out what the evening will need, then spend it knowing when to step forward and when to disappear.

The menu is written for one evening only — built around the people who will be drinking from it, and rewritten as often as it takes.

By the time the doors open, everything has been planned, stocked and dressed. Nothing is decided while anyone is watching.

The Evening

The conversations are flowing. Glasses are raised. The celebration has found its rhythm.

By now nobody is checking the time. Drinks arrive before anyone thinks to ask, and the room takes care of itself.

Practical Answers

Everything you need to know before the first glass is raised.

  1. How far in advance should we book?

The best celebrations are usually planned well in advance, particularly during peak wedding and event seasons. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date. If your event is approaching sooner, don't hesitate to contact us — we'll always do our best to accommodate you whenever our schedule allows.

  2. How does beverage planning work?

Every celebration is different. We'll work with you to understand your guest count, event style and preferences, then help create a thoughtful beverage plan, including signature cocktails, drink selections and service recommendations that suit your celebration beautifully.

  3. Do you travel for events?

Yes. We proudly serve Calgary and surrounding areas, and we're happy to discuss travel for destinations beyond the city. If you're unsure whether your venue falls within our service area, simply ask — we'll be glad to help.

  4. Can our celebration be customised?

Absolutely. No two events should feel the same. From signature cocktails and beverage presentation to styling and coordination, every detail is tailored to reflect your vision and create an experience that feels uniquely yours.

  5. What happens after we enquire?

Once you reach out, we'll arrange a consultation to learn about your celebration, answer your questions and discuss the details together. From there, we'll guide you through the planning process with clear communication and thoughtful support, so you can look forward to your event with confidence.
